Shipping Rates

Our Shipping Rates are based off of weight starting at $3 for most of our products.

How long does an order take to ship?

Once an order is placed, it will be 2 days before you item ships. You will receive your order within a 1 and half weeks.

Handling

All packages are shipped with USPS recycled packaging.

 

International

Shipping Rates

Our Shipping Rates are based off of weight starting at $12 for most of our products. We recommend purchasing more at once. As our company grows, will offer more shipping options. Be sure to join our mailing list for special offers on shipping.

Once an order is placed, it will be 2 days before your item ships. Depending on the option you choose at checkout, you will receive your order within a 1 and half weeks to 2 weeks.

All packages are shipped with USPS recycled packaging.

Returns + Exchanges

At this time we currently are not accepting returns or exchanges on printed products such as leggings, totes, tops, and hats. Please email ordersreceived@teesteastrees.com with all concerns, questions and photos and order date of your package. Possible store credit in the form of a gift card will be issued should you have receive a poorly printed product.

Returns

Items can only be returned under these circumstances:

  • Item was received damaged. All products are packaged with extra care, protection and love. So you should never receive a damaged product.
  • If you do receive a damaged product or wrong product, you’ll need to email us at info@teesteastrees.com with a photo of your item. You will receive a free shipping label to return the item.
  • Must be contacted for return within 3 days of receiving order.

Exchanges

  • Email a photo of the item you want to exchange within 7 calendar days of receiving your item. Delivery confirmation will be checked. Email; info@teesteastrees.com
  • Exchanges will only be accepted for errors on our end i.e. receiving the wrong product or damaged product.
  • No tea can be returned. It is considered food. If you receive the incorrect tea order we will send you the correct one free of charge. A photo of the product sent to you will need to be emailed to info@teesteastrees.com.
